• 1 cup strawberries, sliced in half or quarters depending on size
• 3 tomatoes, diced
• 2 balls fresh mozzarella, diced
• 1 tablespoon basil, sliced into thin strips
• ¼ cup Olive Oil
• ½ Meyer Lemon, zested and juiced
• 2 tsp. honey
• ¼ tsp. salt
