- 1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons grated orange zest

- 3 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
