Ingredients
- (Reserve ½ cup pasta water b4 draining)& set aside.
- Add 1 teaspoon salt & 1 teaspoon chilli powder & 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) & ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) & 2 teaspoon sugar.
- Allow to simmer 15 - 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle herbs. Cover with foil & bake 20 minutes
