Mince Pasta Bake recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• Add in 3 teaspoon ground green chillies
• Add in 1 kg chicken mince
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 2 teaspoon crushed chillies 🌶
• Add in 4 liquidised tomatoes 🍅
• ½ tin Tomato 🍅 puree
• 1 cup water 💧
• White sauce (ready made or homemade)
• 1 clove minced garlic
• Salt and pepper
• 2 tablespoon flour
• Add in 2 cups milk
• Sprinkle lots of cheese dhania (coriander) and thyme
