Prawns Teriyaki

Ingredients

• 5 to 6 Cleaned Prawns
• 7 to 8 Garlic ( cloves minced and crushed)
• 1/2 tbsp Ginger (grated)
• 1 Capsicum (one chopped)
• 1 tbsp Brown rice vinegar or lemon juice
• 2 tbsp Dark soya sauce
• 1 tbsp Red wine
• 2 to 3 Green chillies (slit )
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/2 tbsp Corn flour ( mixed with 4 tbsps of water.)
