- ½ cup all purpose flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¾ cup chocolate chips
- 8-10 oz. milk or dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp. shortening
- Activated charcoal, to color drizzling chocolate
