Ingredients

• 2 tbsp tablespoons olive oil
• 1 brown onion, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 chorizo sausages, sliced
• 2 tsp teaspoons brown sugar
• 2 tsp teaspoons smoked paprika
• ½ tsp teaspoon chilli flakes
• 2 cans (each 400 grams) baked beans
• 4 eggs
• 50 g grams cheese, grated
• Salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• ½ bunch fresh parsley, leaves finely chopped
