ROASTED STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE - Community Kitchen

Ingredients

• 1 lb strawberries, hulled + quartered
• 1/4 C dark maple syrup
• 2 T olive oil
• 1 t balsamic vinegar
• 1 t flaky sea salt
• 1 small loaf vanilla pound cake (I used store bought)
• 1 C heavy cream
• 1 t powdered sugar
• 1 T fresh thyme, optional
