- salt and black pepper to taste
- For the Coulis:
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 tablespoons fresh chopped chives
