Oven-Baked Rice
Oven-Baked Rice recipe: Since finding this Cook's Illustrated recipe on http://www.realfoodkosher.com/oven-baked-rice, this is my go to rice recipe. You just can't mess this up!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice (or 2 c white)
- 2 1/2 cups boiling stock or water (or 3 1/2 cups for white rice)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (or 2T for white rice)
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt (or 2t for white rice)
