• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups all purpose flour
• 1 stick butter
• 1/4 cup light brown sugar

• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons half and half (heavy cream would work too)
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups chopped pecans
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
