Great Guacamole recipe: This is a great recipe for guacamole. It is one of our favorite things to make and only takes a few minutes.
Ingredients
- 4 Avocados halved, pitted and peeled
- 3 tablespoon Lime juice
- 2 Plum tomatoes diced
- 1 Jalapeno seeded and minced
- 1 bunch Scallions sliced
- 1/2 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon Hot sauce or to taste
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
