Ingredients

• 1 x packet of Ainsley Jamaican Jerk Seasoning*
• 750g good quality 20% fat minced beef
• 1 small onion, finely chopped or grated
• 4 tbsp mayonnaise
• juice and zest of ½ lime
• 1 tbsp oil, for frying
• 1 baby gem lettuce, shredded
• 1 large vine tomato, sliced
• 1 avocado, stone removed, thinly sliced
• 4 burger buns, lightly toasted
• sea salt and freshly ground pepper
