A traditional, asian inspired, killer maple chicken marinade recipe with the new taste of bourbon barrel aged maple syrup.
Ingredients
- 8 Bone-in Chicken Thighs (with skin)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 4 tbsp Coconut Aminos or Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 4 tbsp Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
- 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Ginger (freshly grated)
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
