Spanish Meatball and Butter Bean Stew Recipe

Ingredients

• 350g pork mince
• 2 tbsp smoked paprika
• 2 red peppers, sliced
• 1 red onion, chopped
• 1 tsp fennel seeds
• 2 tbsp Very Lazy Smoked Chopped Garlic
• 2 x 400g tins of chopped tomatoes
• 400g can of butter beans, drained and rinsed
• 2 tsp caster sugar
• 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
• Half a bunch of parsley, chopped
• Crusty bread
• Creme fraiche
• Couscous
