Ingredients

• 500 g pork mince
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 red onion, chopped
• 2 red pepper, sliced
• 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 6 tsp paprika
• 800 g can chopped tomatoes
• 400 g butter beans
• 10 g brown sugar, or 2tsp
• 1 tbsp chopped curly parsley
• 400 g crusty bread, to serve
