Bean and Corn Salad recipe - from the Family Comforts Family Cookbook

Ingredients

• 1/3 C lime juice
• 1/2 C olive oil
• 1 clove garlic - crushed
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
• 2 cans (15oz each) Black Beans, rinsed & drained
• 1 1/2 C frozen corn kernels
• 2 avocados, diced
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• 6 green onions, chopped
• 1/2 C fresh cilantro, chopped
