Tostones with Crab in Red Sauce – Quirch Chiquita

Ingredients

• 1 lb Chiquita Tostones ((Green Plantains))
• 1/4 lbs crabmeat, flaked
• 4 ripe tomatoes
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 1 garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
• 1/4 tsp thyme
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 1/4 cup clam juice
• Salt and Pepper to taste
