• 1 tbsp salt
• 2 tsp pepper
• 2 pcs egg
• 1.69 fl oz (1/2 dl) mayonnaise
• 6.76 fl oz (2 dl) turkish yogurt or sour cream
• 2 tsp boston cucumber
• 1.69 fl oz (1/2 dl) dill
• 1/2 pcs lemon
• flour
• panko
• butter and rapeseed oil to fry in
