• blood oranges, washed and thinly sliced
• 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup butter, room temperature, plus more for greasing pan
• 2 eggs, room temperature
• 1 tbsp Cook's Pure Vanilla Extract
• 1 tbsp blood orange zest
• 2 tbsp blood orange juice
• 1 cup sour cream
