• 3/4 cup butter or margarine (softened)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 tablespoon blood orange zest
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sour cream
• 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons plus more if needed fresh blood orange juice
