Ingredients

• 1 kg of Potatoes (Chopped)
• 3 tsp of Paprika
• 2 tsp of Olive oil
• 2 Onions (Sliced)
• 2 Garlic cloves (Diced)
• 800g of Chopped tomatoes (2 tins)
• 300g of Cooked chicken (Shredded)
• 140g of Roasted red pepper in a jar (Sliced)
• A handful of Kalamata olives (Black will also do)
