Spanish Chicken Pie Recipe

Ingredients

• Potato: 1kg potatoes, chopped
• Paprika: 3 tsp paprika (use smoked paprika if you have it)
• Olive Oil: 2 tsp olive oil
• Onion: 2 onions, sliced
• Garlic Clove: 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• Chopped Tomato: 2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
• Cooked Chicken: 300g cooked chicken, shredded
• Roasted Pepper: 140g roasted pepper from a jar, sliced (we like Karyatis)
• Olive: handful Kalamata olives, halved
