Ingredients

• 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Louisiana Sausages, casings removed
• ¼ tsp. chilli powder
• ¼ tsp. cumin
• ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
• 6 tortillas
• 1 egg, beaten
• Sesame seeds
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 2 tsp. wholegrain mustard
• 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
• 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
• 2 tsp. capers, roughly chopped
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp. paprika
• 1 spring onion, finely sliced
• Salt & pepper, to taste
