We’ve just made making scotch eggs a whole lot easier (and healthier!) with the use of an air fryer! Perfect for picnics and packed lunches.
Ingredients
- 6 large FREE eggs
- 400g good-quality sausage meat
- Sea salt and cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp dried herbs
- 60g plain flour
- 135g panko breadcrumbs
- Oil, for frying
- TO SERVE
- Chutney or caramelised onion jam
