• ½ cup (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter
• 4 cups confectioners sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 4 tablespoons heavy cream
• 1 oz. (4 squares) unsweetened Baker’s Chocolate, melted in double boiler
