Ingredients

• 2-3 large peeled sweet potatoes
• 2 tablespoons melted Coconut Oil
• 1 tablespoon Coconut Flour
• 1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
• 5 tablespoons Coconut Sugar (adjust depending on the amount of coverage you’d like!)
• 1 cup of cashew nuts, soaked overnight
• 1.5 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
• 2/3 cup (160 ml) water
• 3-4 tablespoons maple syrup - or Coconut Syrup !
