• 20 g capers in vinegar
• 20 g gherkins in vinegar
• Mayonnaise made with 2 eggs
• 2 salt-packed anchovies
• 1 lemon
• 1 small carrot
• 1 piece of celery stalk
• 2 sprigs of parsley
• 1/4 onion
• fine and coarse salt
