• 1/2 c. sour cream
• 4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
• 1/2 c. grated carrot
• 1/4 c. finely chopped green onion tops
• 2 tbsp chopped piniento
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
• 1/4 c. cooked bacon pieces
