• ½ small red onion
• 3 garlic cloves
• 4 cups cremini mushrooms
• ¼ cup flour
• ½ cup marsala or red wine
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• ½ cup sour cream
• 1 cup green peas
