Ingredients

• 1 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup canola oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3 medium apples (about 1 pound), peeled and shredded
• 20 caramel squares
• 3 tablespoons half-and-half
• 1 cup toasted pecans, finely chopped
• 12 mini wooden popsicle sticks
