Taifun Tofu | Teriyaki Tofu Balls

Ingredients

• 400 g Tofu natur
• 2tbsp ground flaxseed
• 3 garlic cloves
• 20 g ginger
• 300g cooked adzuki beans (or kindney beans)
• 80 g breadcrumbs
• 100g Seitan fix
• 5 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp dark miso paste
• 1 tsp liquid smoke (if you have it)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1tbsp peanut oil
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp grated ginger
• 6 tbsp soy sauce
• 4 tbsp rice syrup
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 2 tsp sriracha or a different chili sauce
• 2 tbsp starch
• 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
• 2 spring onions
