  • ½ carrot, peeled and diced
  • 1 skinless, boneless chicken thigh, diced
  • 4 tbsp whole or soy milk
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 115 ml/3¾ fl oz/scant ½ cup vegetable or soy oil
