Ingredients: 1kg chicken pieces marinate with:; 2 teaspoons @purespice_sa ginger garlic; 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food green masala; 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food red ginger garlic masala; Few Taj Elachi (cardomom) cloves peppercorns; 2 slit chillies 🌶; 1 teaspoon each: Salt crushed chillies; Chilli powder; arad (Turmeric) Dhana jeeroo garam masala; 2 tablespoons lemon 🍋 juice; 1 cup sour milk; 4 liquidised tomatoes 🍅; ¼ cup tomato 🍅puree; Add in marinated chicken. Cook on low till done.; Add in boiled eggs 🥚 & fried potatoes 🥔 .
