Ingredients

• 1 Stick Butter
• 1/2 Cup Flour
• 2 Cups Beef Broth
• 1/2 Cup Carrots Diced
• 1/2 Cup Celery Fresh - Diced
• 1/2 Cup Onions Fresh - Diced
• 1 Can Tomatoes (8 oz) chopped
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Ground
• 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce
• 2 Cubes Beef bouillon cube
• 1 package Mixed Vegetables Frozen (10 oz)
• 3 Potatoes Cubed and peeled
• 1 pound Stew meat Browned and Drained
