Steak Soup ? Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp butter
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 2 lbs top sirloin steak cut into cubes
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 1/2 Tablespoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon parsley
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
• 4 cups beef broth
• 2 cups water
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 14 oz. can of diced tomatoes
• 3 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 1/2 cup carrots, peeled and diced
• 1 cup celery diced
• 1 1/2 cups yukon potatoes diced
