  • cream: 250 ml
  • almond liqueur: 4 cl
  • for the trimmings
  • milk chocolate: approx. 60 g
  • redcurrant jelly: 2 tsp.
  • cream stiffener: 1 sachet
  • icing sugar
  • flour
