Crispy Parmesan Chicken with Alfredo Pasta - cookrisp

Ingredients

• 4–6 chicken breasts, sliced thin
• 1½ teaspoons seasoning mix (Italian style)
• 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
• 1½ teaspoons onion powder
• ¼ cup Parmesan, grated
• 2 beaten eggs
• 2 cups crispy panko crumbs
• ½ cup plain flour
• Salt and ground pepper, adjust to taste
• Oil for frying (use vegetable)
• Dash of black pepper, freshly ground, for taste
• 12 ounces of fettuccine noodles
• 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated fresh
• Fresh parsley, chopped for topping
• A pinch of salt, as needed
• 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
• 1 cup cream (use heavy)
• A couple cloves of garlic, minced
• Fresh black pepper, sprinkle as desired
