Sunny Citrus Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 3 cups (750 mL) all-purpose flour
• 3/4 tsp (3 mL) salt
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) baking powder
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) baking soda
• 1 cup (250 mL) unsalted butter, softened
• 2-1/4 cups (550 mL) sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) orange juice
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) orange rind, grated
• 2 tsp (10 mL) lemon rind, grated
• 3/4 cup (175 mL) 2% or no fat plain yogurt
