Ingredients

• 1 chicken about 1 ½ kg cut into 4 servings
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 1 green and 1 red pepper cut into pieces
• 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
• 2 ts mustard
• 200gr graviera or kefalotyri cheese (or other hard yellow cheese) into cubes
• 4 tbs of olive oil
• 1 tbs fresh oregano or thyme
• salt, pepper
• 4 pieces of parchment paper
