Ingredients
- 1 <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> oz. pisco
- 1 oz. Lillet Blanc
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> oz. apricot liqueur (preferably <a href="http://www.drinkupny.com/Rothman-and-Winter-Orchard-Apricot-p/s0506.htm">Rothman & Winter Orchard</a>)
- Lemon peel, for garnish
