Recipe: Sandwich in a jar with tuna cream and herbs

Ingredients

• 1/2 IBIS stone-oven ciabatta to share (150 g), ready-baked
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tin of tuna in its own juice (drained weight 100 g)
• 2 hard-boiled eggs
• 1 onion
• 2 bunches of chives
• 1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley
• 15 cm cucumber
• 6 tablespoons remoulade
• 1 tbsp small capers to taste
• salt, pepper
