Homemade Sourdough Dinner Rolls - Gubba Homestead
These are the fluffiest and softest sourdough dinner rolls I have ever made. It may have to do with the sourdough fermenting the flour overnight that brought the fluffiness to another level.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fed sourdough starter
- 1/3 cup cane sugar
- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup 1 stick of butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 4-5 cups all-purpose flour
