• 1 cup active sourdough starter
• 1 ½ cups warm water
• 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 2 tablespoons white or brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 ½ - 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1 ½ - 2 cups whole wheat flour
• Melted butter (for brushing)
