• 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
• 30 g + 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
• 30 g Flour
• 100 ml dry red wine
• 500 ml Vegetable broth
• 7-10 Tbsp Cling film
• 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil
