Ingredients

• 1 loaf of good quality Italian bread sliced
• 1/8 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
• 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tbsp of butter
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp of salt and pepper and more to taste
• 8 ounces fresh mozzarella
• 1 28 oz can of whole San Marzano tomatoes
• 4 tbsp good quality extra virgin olive oil
• 2 cloves of garlic minced
• 1 clove of garlic
