• Freshly cracked pepper and fine sea salt
• 1/2 teaspoon EACH: dried oregano and dried parsley
• 2 roma tomatoes
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 large loaf French bread
• 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
• 3 cloves garlic
• 8 ounces freshly grated mozzarella cheese
• 1 can crushed peeled tomatoes
