Ingredients

• 8 oz (227 g) white button mushrooms, finely chopped
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
• 1 tablespoon (15 ml) balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) chicken broth
• Salt and pepper
• 1 square sheet 7 oz (200 g) puff pastry, thawed (see note)
