• 5 x Jacket potatoes
• 2 tbsps of veg oil
• Cornish Sea Salt Crystals
• 300g cottage cheese
• Small packet of chives, chopped
• Cornish Sea Salt Smoked Paprika
• 1 avocado, roughly chopped
• 1 fresh large tomato, chopped
• 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
• Small tin of sweet corn
• Drizzle of extra virgin oil
• 1 juice of a lemon
• Small packet of coriander, chopped
• Cornish Sea Salt Chilli Hit
• 2 tsps of ground cumin
• 1 tsp hot chilli powder
• 1 tsp of dried marjoram
• 410g can of red kidney beans
• 1 jar of cooked red peppers, chopped
• 1 tsp Smokey Paprika
