Ingredients

• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) fresh ground pepper
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) all purpose flour
• 4 turkey breast cutlets
• 2 eggs, whisked
• 2 cups (500 mL) breadcrumbs
• 1 tsp (5 mL) garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp (5 mL) crushed chili flakes
• 1 Tbsp (15 mL) parsley, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) canola oil
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) honey
